21st Oct

The day after we arrived at Coronation Beach it started to rain. It gave us time to sit back and have a real lazy day. It cleared a bit in the afternoon so we went for a walk down the Beach. This is the first real rain we have seen since we left Cairns so it wasn't a problem as it was nice to see some.

On the way back to camp we saw 2 Dolphins in the Lagoon feeding but didn't manage to catch them with the camera. It was a nice big lagoon and I was going to have a Snorkel but the weather turned cold so being a wimp I gave it a miss.
From here we headed South to Cervantes and left Chris and Tony at Coronation as they were having the clutch done on the Bus in Geraldton 2 days later.

There was a nice foreshore and Jetty, but not a lot else there. Except, down the road was the Pinnacles.

Helen was really taken by this one, cant understand why, I just thought it made a great seat.

They were all over the place in various sizes and shapes.

There were Wildflowers everywhere as well

On the way back from the Pinnacles we called in to Lake Thetis for a look at some more Stromatolites. This is one of the few places as well as the Hamlin Pool we visited up North, that have them.

Funny looking things and different shapes to the ones up North.

Well that's enough for one night.
See Ya next time.
Dave and Helen
