Back to Lawn Hill and the canoe trip up the Gorge.
At the end of the Gorge, you round a bend and come up to a series of waterfalls.

You can paddle close by them and there is a portage area where you can lift the canoes up to the next level. We didnt have the time for this as it was getting late in the day and we had a fair hike back to camp.

All best seen from water level. A magic place to be on a lovely warm day.
The paddle back was esier as we had the flow with us.
We are off to see the Crocs tonight in Katherine so I will continue tomorrow to try and get this up to date.
